Dates to remember (2021)

Saturday 4th June QUEENS JUBILEE celebrations 1-4pm at the football ground Wellands Road Lyndhurst.

We will be there with a stall so come and say hi!

8th January – The great Lights take down! Come and meet the Committee to give us your ideas for next years festivities! Saturday, 10am at the Community Centre car park at 10am to take down and tidy. Refreshments will be provided.

4th December – FUN DAY. Christmas in Lyndhurst Raffle Throughout November sales in the high street outside Tesco and the Workmens club most weekends (see volunteer dates)

27th November 6pm – LIGHTS SWITCH ON!
Outside The Mailman’s Arms by Paralympic Gold medallist and motivational speaker Aaron Phipps with entertainment provided by local musician and writer Liam White from 5:15pm.

23rd October – Fire Brigade car wash
Proceeds to be shared with Firefighters Charity and Lyndhurst Lights

9th October, Charity box at Lyndhurst Workman’s Club

£530 Raised! £410 raised linked with a further £120 raised and contributed from the proceeds of ‘Sam’s Night’. A men’s gathering in The Oak Inn, in remembrance of Sam Bourne.

£15K quote for overhead lights in. Following good support from the village over the ‘darker’ years regarding a wish for the overhead lights to return, decision to ‘Go for it!’ made by Committee and crowdfunding page created with deadline of September 1st to raise funds!
