Week commencing 14th November – dates TBC during the day looking for 3/5 Volunteer Elves to help with Silhouettes, general preparation tasks, making teas and coffees!
Saturday and Sunday (if required) 19th and 20th November throughout the day for the great put up! looking for 20 Volunteer Elves – many hands make light work! Volunteers can help with teas/coffees, raffle sales, tree dressing and put up.
Saturday 26th November evening SWITCH ON! looking for 10 Volunteer Elves to help with the switch on of the twinkle!
Saturday 3rd December evening RAFFLE DRAW looking for 5-10 Volunteer Elves to help with crowd directing and general jobs on the village FUN DAY afternoon and evening.
What goes up, must come down! Friday through Sunday 6-8th January for THE GREAT TAKE DOWN looking for 20 Volunteer Elves to aid with the take down of trees, silhouettes and help with teas and coffees!
